I'm a graduate student in a computers and information science discipline. Lifelong learning is a positive philosophy for life, a person should never stop learning especially now that information is so widely available. Wild and fantastic ideas interest me, especially when some plausibility exists for them. It is difficult to truly know what is possible without exploring what is happening at the limits of human knowledge. Overlapping areas of science, computation, technology and engineering are without a doubt the most interesting subject areas. A single approach to achievement can rarely accomplish what integrated approaches can, so the rare multidisciplinary projects which mankind has embarked upon have yielded the most interesting results. At one time, computers were merely theoretical, and shortly before that electricity and the atom. In a short time, the wild and fantastic theories of old have become accepted and everyday parts of our reality. Our need to explore as humans should keep driving us forward to parts unknown.
